Maranatha Baptist Church At Maranatha we are members of the Alabama Baptist State Convention and are in cooperation with the Southern Baptist Convention.

We adhere to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the SBC. Our Church regularly and systematically gives 10 % of our undesignated offerings toward the Cooperative Program in order to fund the missionaries of the North American Mission Board and the International Mission Board and further support the ministries of the Southern Baptist Convention.
