Leadership Spotlight — Ben
Some people have one job at church, and then there’s Ben—who somehow keeps collecting them. What started with Discipleship has grown into Next Gen/Youth, Men’s Ministry, and co-leading Children’s Ministry, plus just about anything else that needs doing around The Well.
Need somebody to flip burgers at the barbecue? Ben’s got it. Need somebody to take on an entire youth group and make it awesome? He’ll do that too. He shows up with a smile, ready to pitch in, and never seems too concerned about whether something technically falls under his job description.
There are a lot of hands—and a lot of willing hearts—that it takes to keep a little church like ours going. Ben is one of those people who continues to step up wherever there’s a need. And if there’s one thing we know about Ben, it’s that he loves Jesus with his whole heart. You can see that in his willingness to serve Him, whether that means discipling others, investing in the next generation, helping with the kids, serving the men of our church, or simply doing whatever needs to be done that day.
Ben, we are so thankful for you. Thank you for wearing four hats—or twelve, depending on the Sunday. 😂 Thank you for showing up, serving faithfully, and continuing to say yes when there’s a place you can help.
