Day One of LifeKids Prayer and Fasting

Yesterday I, Pastor Trish, sent the kids home with a guide to help them through this time of prayer and fasting. We are starting week late because I didn’t get the materials in time. But I will try and make a video each day to go along with what the guide is teaching. I want to thank Pastor Summer Berry for sharing this guide. I know it will be a blessing for many. So, here is Day One!

If you haven’t downloaded the new Life Church app, do it now! Then click on the three lines at the top left of the screen, then choose settings, then choose notifications, then turn on LifeKids, then you will get notifications about what happening in LifeKids!

Tonight!! Tonight our Kid’s Blast begins! Tonight through Wednesday 6:30-8:00! I’m so excited for what God is going to do. It couldn’t be done without a team of volunteers. There are so many I can’t begin to name them all! So, plan on coming for lots of fun and lots of Jesus!

Who’s excited about Kid’s Blast??!?!? This Sunday through Wednesday 6:30-8:00! Invite your friends! Bring your Bible! Bring your offering! Somebody is going to get a pie in the face!! Will it be Pastor Trish? Lots of fun learning about Jesus. It’s going to be out of this world!!

Another Kid’s Camp has ended. It was awesome. We took 16 kids, 5 were friends from other churches. We had two give their heart to Jesus for first time. Many made a fresh commitment to serve Him. 3 were baptized in the Holy Spirit. God moved in so many special ways in the kids of Life Church. The counselors are whooped, the kids are tired, but we all had a wonderful time together. The best part were the chapel services. Even some of the kids said chapel was their favorite part of camp. I big THANK YOU to Alison Gallman, Ashley Moore, Catie Whitt, Deborah Sekaya, and Eric Johnson for their willingness to serve these kids. And Pastor Donnie, thank you for driving the van. It’s truly takes a team and I think I have one of the best.

Tomorrow in LifeKids we will be talking about Discovering our Gifts. The power verse is
“If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭12:26‬ ‭
We all have different gifts and talents that should be used for the Church. It’s how it works together best!
