Each month our church has a day for food distribution, usually about the last week of the month. Starting this month and going forward, we will do the third Saturday of each month for distribution. If you need groceries please message me on Facebook messenger or you can call the church office 256-442-8374, Tuesday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. If no one answers, please leave a message.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy as a nation, may we also remember the greatest freedom we have through Christ.

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” — Galatians 5:13

Today, let’s thank God for the blessings of liberty and ask Him to help us use our freedom to love, serve, and point others to Jesus.

Join us this Sunday as we rejoice with Carter Strickland and his family as he follows Christ in believer’s baptism. What a special moment for Carter, his family, and our church family as we celebrate his public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.

Today’s July 4th Celebration was so much fun! So many people worked incredibly hard to make today a success! All I can say is thank you! Thank you all who were able to attend. Today is a great day.

Good afternoon church family,
I’m excited about tomorrow’s July 4th celebration!
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at 10am for worship in The Park!! Drink plenty of water today so we’ll be hydrated for the heat. There will be industrial fans to beat some of the heat!
I’m thankful to God for His Great Salvation, Liberty, and our Great Country!

🇺🇸 Join Us for Our July 4th Celebration! 🇺🇸

Make plans to worship and celebrate with us on Sunday, June 28, beginning at 10:00 AM!

We’ll enjoy an abbreviated worship service featuring patriotic songs, worship, and a special message from Pastor Jason Stewart connecting Independence Day to the Gospel.

After the service, stay for a time of fellowship with great food, patriotic and Christian music, and fun for the whole family! We invite everyone to bring a dessert, side dish, or drinks to share.

🎉 For the kids:
💦 Inflatable water slide (please bring appropriate clothes and a towel)
🎯 Games and activities

☔ In the event of rain, worship will move indoors and we will enjoy our meal together in the fellowship hall.

Come celebrate our nation’s freedoms, enjoy time with friends and family, and be reminded of the greatest freedom found in Christ. We hope to see you there!

As our SOAKED! Vacation Bible School comes to a close, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for all that God has done this week.

A huge THANK YOU to every volunteer who taught lessons, led music, prepared crafts, served meals, decorated classrooms, welcomed families, cleaned up, and worked behind the scenes. Special thanks goes to our amazing summer missionaries with the Etowah Baptist Association! Your love, sacrifice, and servant hearts made this week possible.

Thank you to those who faithfully prayed for our children, volunteers, and church throughout the week. We know that every prayer mattered, and we are grateful for your support.

Most of all, we rejoice in the opportunity to share the Gospel and plant seeds of faith in the hearts of children and families. There is no greater joy than pointing others to Jesus, the true Source of Life.

While we’re a little tired, we’re even more thankful. God blessed us with a wonderful week filled with laughter, learning, worship, new friendships, and countless memories that will last for years to come.

Thank you, Riddles Bend Baptist Church, for helping make SOAKED! such a special week. To God be the glory! 🙌

🎉🌊 JOIN US FOR OUR SPECIAL THURSDAY NIGHT CELEBRATION! 🌊🎉

What an amazing week it has been at SOAKED! Vacation Bible School, and we want to invite all of our families to help us celebrate what God has done!

📅 Thursday, June 18

💦 VBS begins at 6:00 PM

⛪ Families and church members are invited to join us in the sanctuary at 7:00 PM for our Family Celebration Service, where we’ll share songs, memories, and highlights from an incredible week of learning about Jesus, the Source of Life!

🍽 Dinner will follow the service as we gather together for food, fellowship, and fun.

Whether your child attended one night or every night, we would love for your entire family to be part of this special evening.
