We had a wonderful time at Belle-Hampton Farm taking in the refurbished stained glass windows and bell from Tyler Memorial Church! Thank you so much for the hospitality and to Maureen Sullivan Thomas and Robin Troxel for all of the hard work that went into making today happen! A 125+ year connection that endures to this day going back to Governor James Hoge Tyler on full display for all to see. Make sure to check out this jewel in our backyard!

Today is Susan "Birdie" Reece's final day of teaching Sunday School, at least for awhile, she's earned a break!

If you don't know Birdie, she works tirelessly at anything she attempts, and always does it with a smile.

Whether she's at Food City, the church, a community event, or spending time with family, she always gives the best of herself, and she has been a blessing to the youth and life of our church!

She is always prepared with a new activity, artistic endeavor, or a way for a child to see the world differently. Her creativity is only superseded by her energy and enthusiasm for life!

Thank you Birdie, you're a blessing to everyone you meet, and we are grateful for your service!
