Where are you?
Mary fell at His feet.
Martha wrestled with what she knew.
Caiaphas stood at a distance and counted the cost.
Same Jesus. Same moment. Different postures.
When resurrection disrupts what feels safe, it reveals where we’re really standing.
Not what we believe — but how we’re positioned before Him.

“Many saw what He did and believed in Him. But some went and told the Pharisees.”
John 11:45–46

The Gospel works in our lives authentically through community, where we can truly love and be loved by one another without pretense. This is the deep work of the heart—a place where God’s grace thrives and where genuine accountability is nurtured in relationships that honor Him. When we focus on appearances or performances, we miss the beauty of what God designed: a space to pray together, share our burdens, and embrace the grace and truth we all desperately need.

As women, we often feel the pressure to “have it all together,” but church was never meant to be a stage for appearances. Instead, it is a refuge for healing, growth, and restoration. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” This is our invitation to prioritize God’s Kingdom above all else—to pursue His righteousness and build meaningful connections, not based on how we look or perform, but on who we are in Him.

Let’s create spaces where we honor God’s heart, allowing His grace to shape us and His truth to hold us accountable. This is the kind of community where the Gospel comes alive—not in showmanship, but in authentic love, prayer, and obedience to God’s Word. Esther’s Room is a place for this kind of heartwork, where women can grow together in faith, love, and truth.

“When life is lifeing”and our world is out of control we cant allow our thoughts emotions and desires to dictate how we respond to Life. Instead, we must respond to GOD as the Bible teaches us to: with faith, obedience, gratitude, trust, and praise.

1. With Faith (Hebrews 11:6)

“And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.”
When life is “lifeing” hard, it can be tempting to doubt or question God. Yet, Scripture calls us to respond with unwavering faith, trusting that He is at work even when we can’t see it.

2. With Obedience (John 14:15)

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”
In the midst of chaos, confusion, or heartache, our response should be to obey God’s Word. When life throws us curveballs, we are called to remain faithful to His commands, showing our love for Him through our obedience.

3. With Gratitude (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
When “life be lifeing” and nothing seems to go right, it’s easy to complain or feel defeated. Yet, Scripture reminds us to give thanks in all circumstances, recognizing that God is always good and present.

4. With Trust (Proverbs 3:5-6)

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
When life feels overwhelming, we are often tempted to rely on our own understanding. God, however, calls us to respond with trust, knowing that His plans are far better than ours.

5. With Worship and Praise (Psalm 34:1)

“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Even when life is “lifeing” in the hardest ways, God remains worthy of our praise. Choosing to worship Him amidst the storms shifts our focus from our problems to the One who holds the solution.

Summary
When life is “lifeing,” we don’t have to let it dictate how we respond. Scripture teaches us to respond with faith, obedience, gratitude, trust, and worship, anchoring ourselves in God’s truth regardless of the season we’re in.

Let’s rewire our souls and commit to responding to God rather than our circumstances, no matter how hard life may be lifeing. I choose faith over fear, obedience over confusion, gratitude over grumbling, trust over worry, and worship over despair.
