📢 AUGUST DRIVE-THROUGH BOX APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW OPEN!

Belview’s Helping Hands Pantry is now accepting appointments for our Drive-Through Box Pickup on Friday, August 28, 2026.

⚠️ PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING.

IMPORTANT APOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• The name and address you enter on the registration form MUST match the ID you present at pickup.

• After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email. You MUST respond to that email to confirm your appointment. Filling out the Google Form alone does NOT guarantee your appointment.

• Only the person whose name is registered may pick up the box. You may NOT send a friend, family member, or anyone else in your place.

• Friday, August 28 is the ONLY day boxes may be picked up. We do not have enough volunteers to accommodate pickups on different days.

🚨 PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO COME.

We continue to have a large number of people make appointments and then not show up to pick up their boxes. Our volunteers spend many hours purchasing supplies, preparing boxes, organizing appointments, and getting everything ready for each family.

If you are a NO-SHOW for your scheduled appointment, you will not be allowed to receive future boxes from Belview’s Helping Hands Pantry.

If the number of no-shows continues, we will be forced to limit the number of appointments we accept. Every appointment taken by someone who does not show up is an appointment that could have gone to another family who truly needed the assistance.

❤️ We want to continue helping as many families in our community as possible. We simply ask that you respect our volunteers, our resources, and the other families who are waiting for assistance.

If you make an appointment, please keep it.

For thoes who have appointments tomorrow:

Hello,

This is a friendly reminder that your Belview's Helping Hands Pantry drive-through pickup is tomorrow.

Pickup Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Please remember the following:

A valid photo ID is required. Please have your ID ready when you arrive.
Enter through the top parking lot and follow the driveway around the side of the church to the bottom parking lot, where volunteers will assist you.
Friday is the only day available for box pickup. We are unable to accommodate pickups before or after Friday due to limited staff and volunteer availability.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer your box to another family in need.

Please note that if you do not pick up your box and do not notify us that you are unable to attend, you will not be eligible to receive pantry boxes from Belview's Helping Hands Pantry in the future. Unfortunately, missed appointments prevent us from serving other families who are waiting for assistance.

🛍️ Belview’s Helping Hands Pantry – Clothing Appointments Now Open! 🛍️
Appointments are now being accepted for Clothing Shopping on Sunday, July 19, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
If you would like to shop, please click the link below to schedule your appointment. Appointments are required.
As a reminder, we ask everyone to please be respectful of our clothing area while shopping. Our dedicated volunteers spend many hours over several days sorting, organizing, and carefully folding clothing so that everyone has a pleasant shopping experience.
Please help us by:�• Refolding any clothing you look through if you decide not to take it.�• Leaving the clothing racks and tables neat for the next family.�• Treating our volunteers and the pantry with kindness and respect.

📢 DONATION UPDATE — PLEASE READ

Belview’s Helping Hands Pantry is no longer accepting furniture donations at this time.

We are still grateful to accept donations of:

• Gently used clothing of all ages and sizes
• Shoes
• Household items

We kindly ask that all donated items be clean and ready to use, as we do not have a way to wash clothing or other donated items.

Because we are a church ministry, we also ask that you please be mindful and respectful of the items you choose to donate. Please only donate items that are appropriate and in good condition.

📦 WHERE TO LEAVE DONATIONS

We have two donation boxes available for you to leave your donations.

If the boxes are full, please press the Ring camera button and then place your donations on top of the donation boxes. The Ring camera will notify our staff so that someone can come and bring the donations inside.

🚧 IMPORTANT: OUR SHELTER IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Please DO NOT place any donations inside the shelter while construction is underway.

We continue to have an unacceptable number of people schedule appointments and then fail to show up. Our pantry is staffed entirely by volunteers who give their time to prepare boxes, organize appointments, and be here for each scheduled pickup.
Effective immediately, if you are a no-show for your appointment, you will not be allowed to receive future services from Belview’s Helping Hands Pantry.
If the number of no-shows continues, we will also have to limit the total number of appointments we accept each month. This would mean fewer families in our community would be able to receive assistance.
Please be respectful of our volunteers, our resources, and the other families who need help. If you reserve an appointment, we expect you to keep it.
