☀️ What a wonderful Sunday morning at Stovall UMC! ❤️

This morning, Edwina Drake shared a meaningful message titled “Doubt vs. Faith — Are They Adversaries?” based on John 20:19–29, the story of Thomas and his journey from doubt to belief.

Edwina reminded us through story, Scripture, and a special piece of her own childhood that doubt doesn’t have to be the enemy of faith. Sometimes our questions can lead us into a deeper understanding and a stronger faith in God.

She also shared The Gateway to Storyland – Star Edition, a childhood book she has held onto and treasured through the years. 📖✨ What a beautiful reminder that the stories, lessons, and memories we carry from childhood can continue speaking to us many years later.

Jesus told Thomas:
“Stop doubting and believe.” — John 20:27 NIV

Thank you, Edwina, for sharing your story, your memories, and God’s Word with us this morning. ❤️

May we leave today remembering that faith doesn’t always mean having every answer—it means trusting the One who does.
