❤️ Our Children Need Us! ❤️

Every Sunday, while our adults are worshiping in the main sanctuary, our children are also being taught, encouraged, and poured into through Children’s Church in the gym.

Our children, ages 4 through High School, are divided into age-appropriate classes where they can learn the Word of God in a way they can understand, ask questions, grow in their faith, and build relationships with other young people.

Children’s Church meets each Sunday except Youth Sunday, which is the 2nd Sunday, and during designated special occasions.

And now… we need YOU! ❤️

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to serve at least ONE Sunday per month. You do not have to commit every week. Just one Sunday a month can make a tremendous difference!

Parents, if your child participates in Children’s Church, volunteering is also a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand what your child is learning, how they are engaging, and the people who are helping pour into them spiritually.

Because the safety of our children is a priority, all volunteers who work with children are required to complete a background check. Our Front Office can assist you with that process.

Our children are not just the church of tomorrow, they are an important part of the church right now. Let’s make sure they have caring adults willing to teach, encourage, assist, supervise, and simply be present.

What a wonderful day of fun, food, fellowship, and family at our Annual Church Picnic at Freeman Lake!

Hosted by our amazing Deacon’s Ministry, the day was filled with laughs, games, delicious food, a hilarious watermelon-eating contest 🍉😂, and so many special moments of simply enjoying one another.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our Deacons, their wives, all of our volunteers, and everyone who helped make today such a memorable occasion. Your time, service, preparation, and love for our church family did not go unnoticed. ❤️

And thank you to everyone who came out and participated! Fellowship like this reminds us that church is more than where we worship together, it is also where we build relationships, make memories, and enjoy the blessing of community.

Today was filled with worship, Word, and wonderful fellowship! Our choir ministered beautifully, and Pastor Johnson blessed us with a powerful and timely message, “DON’T QUIT!” — Exodus 17:1–7. No matter what the journey looks like, keep trusting God, keep moving forward, and DON’T QUIT! 🙌🏽🔥

Following service, we enjoyed our 5th Sunday Fellowship, sharing laughs, conversation, and some DELICIOUS food! 😋 A special thank you our Culinary Ministry and everyone who prepared, served, cleaned up and helped make the fellowship such a lovely experience.
