Yay !!!! He got up and was able to walk around the nurses station. He is very winded and in pain, but we will take every positive we can get. Prayers are being felt and answered.

Good morning update, so not much rest through the night but they did say the worst night is behind us. He is up in a chair next step is walking and then they will move us to step down.

Okay, William is off of the breathing tube, he is awake and alert. Still a little confused which is to be expected. He is complaining of pain, again to be expected. The nurses and staff are wonderful and doing everything they can to control pain. Just please pray as bless it he is a small ruff patient.

So for everyone to be updated, William is out of surgery. He is doing good. He’s still on sedation and has a tube in his throat. That’s been a little bit of a challenge, but we’re working on it. He’s a little scared and it’s causing a little bit of issues to get him off of it he’s doing great. All we had to do was repair the aneurysm did not have to have a mechanical valve doctor was able to salvage the aortic valve everything looks good. His color is good. Temperature is good. We’re just waiting now to see how everything goes.
