If you didn’t make it to the Chili Cookoff, you missed out on lots of good food, fun and fellowship! We had an extended music service this morning and then our friends at Faith Baptist joined us to help us judge 9 pots of chili! We didnt take a ton of pictures because we got too caught up in the fun but figured we should make a post anyway.

PCBC ‘25 CHILI COOKOFF ALERT🚨— join us tomorrow for an extra special morning worship service at 11AM with extended worship music! And then it’s time for some more food, fun and fellowship with our annual Chili Cookoff! Bring your best pot of Chili or just your appetite and find out who gets bragging rights and the fancy wooden spoon trophy.
(We are also open to desserts but they will only be judged in secret.😅😉)

This holiday season we have a few goals in mind as a church. We are working to find different ways to help families that are in need in our very own community. Our first goal is building and delivering 10(+) Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets to families who might not have been able to celebrate “traditionally” without them. We are also working to try and keep one of our local food pantries clean and stocked with different foods throughout the year.

We are currently hosting a food drive to collect foods through the end of December that we can use for holiday dinner baskets and the food pantry. We are also accepting monetary donations marked for Community Outreach that we can use to purchase these food items.

If you or a family you know are in need of assistance this Thanksgiving please feel free to privately message our church page so we can work together to plan accordingly. Please do not tag anyone in the comments. If you have a family in mind please reach out to them privately and have them contact us.

TRUNK OR TREAT ‘25 — we had the best evening at PCBC hosting our 2025 Trunk or Treat! We had lots of new faces come through for treats, lots of laughs, ate lots of candy and had a few friendly competitions!
Our Best Overall Trunk was voted on by all of our participants and went to our Tis so Sweet to Trust in Jesus Trunk! We also had awards for Most Original, Most Creative, Coolest, Spookiest, Cutest and Scariest! We also did a (sticker) pumpkin decorating contest with 1st-3rd place winners!

Next up is our Chili Cookoff on Sunday, November 2nd after Worship Service! We would love to have you join us for more food, fun and fellowship! And maybe a trophy!

JOIN US FOR TRUNK OR TREAT — grab a friend, throw on your favorite costumes or come as you are and get ready for a fun (and candy) filled evening with our PCBC church family! Sunday, October 19th from 3PM-5PM in the field next to the church.
