Parents, Youth, Children, and Friends, if you or your child is involved in sports either through QSA or QISD and would like us (1UMC Staff) to attend games please provide your schedules and uniform number. I would love to see all of you play. Remember physical fitness ties in with spiritual fitness! GO PANTHERS, HORNETS, and....FOXES(?) lol

VBS has come and gone! I want to send a big thank you out to all the parents who brought their kids to VBS. The fellowship promoted within our organization continues to grow. Without your steadfast support it wouldn't be possible. THANK YOU!

Onto a different note, this upcoming Wednesday, I will not be here. I have a medical appointment. Harvey & Monica Ellis will be leading the children / youth in bible study, while Pat Johnson & crew will be providing supper. There is no bus as the ac is currently broken. We are fixing it. Please provide your child a way to and from the Wednesday night event. If there are issues with your child making it without transportation please feel free to text / call me. Together I am sure we can come up with a solution.

Parents,
As a reminder we have initiated a route system for pickups. Currently there are three routes. We pickup between 30-50 kids each week. Drop-offs begin at around 7:30 last run around 8:40. Your child may get home around 9:15. If you would like your child(ren) to continue to be picked up and dropped off we will need active communication between parents and staff. We are sending home emergency contact slips and bus route forms for parents to sign. Please return them. Thank you and God bless you.

Parents,
Tonight's Wednesday program pick-ups will begin at 5:00. Drop-offs will begin at 7:30. We have initiated route codes for your kids. Route 1 includes all the kids living in Tawakoni & beyond starting from 276. Route 2 includes all Quinlan Kids & Tawakoni kids from 751. Route 2 drop-offs should start around 8 pm. We look forward to seeing you all here tonight!

Pick up / drop off schedule remains the same. Food tonight is being provided by Ben & Brenda Bennett. Thank you Ben & Brenda!!! (Spring break is coming up --- I have been asked if we will resume the Wednesday night program...the answer is yes, unless we have low attendance. It would be appreciated it we could get hard numbers for the weeks ahead)
