We had a small group but it was so much fun

It seems to be some confusion on the youth night forms.
-There is a registration form to register your child/children into the youth program
-There is a media release form that allows us to post videos and pictures of your child/children on social media
-there is a waiver stating duck cove marina & RV park and duck cove ministries are not responsible for any damages or injuries while at youth night.

These are the forms you will need for your child/children to attend youth night.

You can call or text me at 214 997 7271 if you have any questions

The forms will be available the night of the youth night

I can also meet you if you will not be dropping your child/children off but someone else will.

As always have a blessed night can't wait to see everyone on the 26th
