GOD CAN GIVE YOUR FAMILY A BRAND NEW START!

No matter what your family has been through, remember that God is able to bring healing, restoration, peace, and new beginnings!

Maybe your family has experienced broken relationships, financial struggles, sickness, misunderstandings, disappointment, or years of unanswered prayers. Perhaps you have been praying for your marriage, your children, your parents, or someone you love who has walked away from God.

Don’t lose hope for your family. God is still able to do something beautiful!

The same God who restored Job’s life, brought Joseph and his brothers back together, and welcomed the prodigal son home is still working in people’s lives today.

What has been broken can be healed. Where there has been bitterness, forgiveness can begin. Where there has been confusion, God can bring wisdom. Where there has been hopelessness, He can restore faith and joy.

Your family’s past does not have to determine its future. Keep praying, keep loving, keep forgiving, and keep trusting Jesus Christ. Even when you cannot change someone else’s heart, God can help you respond with love, patience, and wisdom.

“Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:19).

LET US PRAY FOR OUR FAMILIES!

Heavenly Father,

We surrender our families into Your loving hands. Heal broken relationships, restore peace in our homes, strengthen marriages, guide our children, protect our loved ones, and provide for every need. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is division, open the way for reconciliation. Where there is fear, fill our hearts with Your peace.

Lord Jesus, let our homes become places of love, forgiveness, prayer, and Your presence. Give every family a fresh beginning according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

The Open Door

Through hospitality, we turn our home and table into a ministry, reflecting the love of Christ.

3 John 1:1-8

At just 25 verses, 3 John is one of the New Testament’s shortest books. It’s a warm, personal note from an aging apostle to a beloved friend named Gaius. And its subject is important—but something often overlooked: hospitality.

In the first century, traveling teachers and missionaries depended on the kindness of local believers for housing and meals as they moved from city to city. Inns were often unsafe, expensive, or disreputable, so turning to the church was a better option for a missionary arriving in a strange town. Gaius had made it a practice to open his home to these strangers because they came in the name of Christ.
John wrote to thank him and then said something noteworthy: When Gaius welcomed these travelers, he became a “fellow [worker] with the truth” (v. 😎. His spare room and his table became a ministry. The work he did was as much a part of the church’s mission as any sermon.

Hospitality doesn’t often feel important in the moment. It’s a relatively small gesture: a meal, a bed, a courteous welcome. But Scripture encourages the practice (Romans 12:13), as this is exactly how the love of Christ makes its way into the world—through people who open their life and heart to others.

Daily Reflection

Knowing Jesus Changes Everything.

You can have success, possessions, opportunities, and the approval of others, yet still feel that something is missing in your life. The greatest transformation does not begin when your circumstances change, but when you truly come to know Jesus Christ. Knowing Jesus is more than knowing stories about Him or attending church. It is having a personal relationship with the One who loves you, forgives your sins, and gives your life eternal hope. Paul once valued his achievements and religious position, but after encountering Jesus, his priorities completely changed. He discovered that nothing compared with knowing Christ. When Jesus becomes the centre of your life, your perspective, priorities, and purpose begin to change.

“Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ” (Philippians 3:8).

Do not spend your entire life pursuing things that cannot satisfy your soul while neglecting your relationship with Jesus. Spend time in prayer, read His Word, follow His teachings, and allow His love to transform your heart. Knowing Jesus does not mean life will be free from difficulties, but His presence gives you hope, peace, and strength through every season. When you know Jesus, you discover forgiveness for your past, purpose for today, and hope for eternity. Nothing compares with knowing Him!

Thought of the Day

Everything Will Fall Into Place — Keep Trusting God.

You may not understand everything happening in your life today, but you can trust the God who sees the bigger picture. Perhaps your plans have been delayed, doors have closed unexpectedly, or situations you hoped would improve have become more complicated. You may be wondering when things will finally make sense and whether your prayers are being heard. But remember, God is not limited by what you can see today. Joseph experienced betrayal, false accusations, and imprisonment before he understood how God would use his difficult journey. What seems confusing today may become clearer as you continue walking in faith. Do not allow uncertainty to make you lose hope in God’s goodness.

“Trust in Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5–6).

Do not exhaust yourself trying to control every outcome or force every door to open. Continue praying, making wise decisions, and faithfully doing what God has placed before you. Some things may take longer than expected, and others may unfold differently from your plans. But God’s guidance remains trustworthy through every season. You do not need to have your entire future figured out today. Take the next step with faith, surrender your worries to Jesus, and allow Him to direct your path. Even when everything feels uncertain, you can find peace knowing your life is in His hands. Keep trusting God!

Today’s Message

Do not allow delays, unanswered prayers, or unexpected circumstances to make you lose confidence in God’s faithfulness. Perhaps you have been praying for a breakthrough, waiting for healing, believing for a new opportunity, or trusting God for something that seems to be taking longer than expected. You may look at others moving forward while you remain in the same place, wondering whether God has forgotten your prayers. But remember, God’s timing is not always the same as yours. Abraham waited many years for the promised son, yet God remained faithful to His word. A delay does not necessarily mean a denial, and a waiting season does not mean God has abandoned you.

“For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay” (Habakkuk 2:3).

Do not allow impatience to steal the peace God wants you to experience today. While you wait, continue praying, growing in faith, making wise decisions, and remaining faithful in your responsibilities. God’s answers may look different from what you imagined, but His wisdom remains trustworthy. You may not understand His timing, but you can trust His character. What God has promised, He is faithful to fulfil according to His purpose. Keep your heart hopeful, your faith strong, and your eyes on Jesus. God is never late in accomplishing His perfect will!

Daily Word

It’s significant that Jesus told His disciples that their purpose as sent ones would not be easy. A sheep is one of the most defenseless animals in the world. They don’t have claws or sharp teeth, can’t run fast or hide or even growl. You might wish He had said He was sending you out as a gazelle among wolves, so you can outrun them. Or a lion, so you can overpower them. Or an elephant, so you can stamp them. The reason He used sheep was because sheep rely completely on their shepherd for protection. They rest in His care.

Every once in a while, a wolf will show up—something harmful, something overwhelming, that invokes fear, panic, and worry. But Jesus didn’t call us to follow Him but then to shrink back in fear, to live intimidated, wondering if we’re going to be okay. The Good Shepherd calls us to bring hope and light to the world, while trusting that He is protecting and guiding us. He calls us to not fear the enemy’s attacks. He will take care of the wolves.

Prayer For Today
Father, thank You that You are my Good Shepherd, and You lead me to green pastures and restful waters. Thank You that even though I walk among wolves, You are protecting me, guiding me, and keeping me from danger. I declare that I am resting in You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen 🙏🏾

Word for Today

Turn Away from Evil

This is a serious command! Spiritualism, divination, and witchcraft are all forbidden in the Word of God. Many people, including some who consider themselves to be Christians, participate in practices that God considers vile and evil. God says He will set His face against anyone who turns to mediums and spiritists to pr******te themselves by following them (Leviticus 20:6). Yet Christians still read horoscopes and consult psychics and wonder why they don’t have peace.

God wants you to seek Him, and it offends Him if you seek these other sources. No one who does so will ever have a peaceful, joy-filled, and prosperous life. If you have been involved in any activity of this sort, I strongly encourage you to thoroughly repent, ask God to forgive you, and turn away completely from such practices.

Prayer of the Day: Lord, forgive me any time I seek answers from anywhere but You. Help me turn away from anything false, trust You alone, and find true peace in seeking only You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Message for Today

God’s Power Is Greater Than Your Past.

Your past may explain where you have been, but it does not have to determine where you are going. Perhaps you are carrying painful memories, regrets, failures, broken relationships, or decisions you wish you could change. Sometimes the enemy uses guilt and shame to convince you that your life can never be different. But remember, God’s grace is greater than your mistakes, and His power is able to transform even the most broken life. Paul once persecuted Christians and opposed the church, yet his encounter with Jesus completely changed his direction. The man who once fought against the gospel became a faithful messenger of Christ. Never underestimate what Jesus can do with a heart that sincerely turns to Him.

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Do not allow yesterday’s failures to steal the hope God has given you for tomorrow. You cannot erase everything that happened, and some decisions may still have consequences, but you can repent, receive God’s forgiveness, and begin walking in a new direction. Let His Word renew your thinking, His grace heal your heart, and His Spirit guide your choices. Your past is not more powerful than the blood of Jesus. Your mistakes are not greater than His mercy. In Christ, a new beginning is possible. Stop living under the weight of yesterday and start walking in the freedom He offers today. Keep trusting Jesus Christ.
