Sharing my other Jr Chef food picture.
This was a very tasty dish by Jr Chef Cambria.

She is almost and adult now and is very comfortable in the kitchen now to the point where she gets aggravated by me hovering over her and watching her in the side eye while she cook; so now the Chef is leaving her alone in the kitchen!

If you want to follow me this year on some food creations and healthy eating at the health ministry; I will be focusing this year on the Mediterranean diet; particularly American and mixed culture Mediterranean diet.

What is your main dish for Christmas?
Check out one of my favorite dishes, my ,
”Holiday Wings,”!

Here I pre-seasoned these wings after cleaning them really well. I then did a soft fry , then baked them in a secret sauce and garnished with cherries!

Chef secret: Always balace out your flavors. Your seasonings shoujd balance with your sauces!
