A HIGHER CALLING. There is presently a global SHIFT IN LEADERSHIP taking place in the BODY OF CHRIST. Many leaders are TRANSITIONING into an apostolic call and ministry. Churches and leaders NEED to make this SHIFT in order for the church to move into the next level of power, grace , and anointing. Firebrand Ministries (Jacki and I) are ones that are making this bold move of transitioning from pastoral to apostolic in our ministry.
We will posting excerpts from John Eckhardt's book A SHIFT IN LEADERSHIP - Transitioning from pastoral to the apostolic in the near future.
We will be conducting a study of this book and this ongoing move from pastoral to apostolic at our weekly bible study.

BUILDING ANTIOCH CHURCHES
The account of the release of the first apostolic team is found in acts chapter 13. As certain prophets and teachers ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Ghost instructed them to release Barnabas and Paul. This apostolic team was birthed and released out of an atmosphere of the prophetic and teaching gift. These are two of the areas that need to be strengthened in the local church in order to transition into a strong apostolic position.

Here you see the Priestly Jesus and the Kingly Jesus anointing that is available to every believer through the Covenant of Sure Mercy.
