Hey everyone, we are so excited to continue our partnership with Covered Bottoms Diaper Bank There is a great opportunity coming up for a diaper drive. It would be wonderful if anyone could help us with donations that we receive for our young families in our food pantry 🤍

We are so grateful to Dot Foods and Dorothy's Market for their partnership!!!
They make sure we have refrigerated items and frozen items for our pantry!!
We were able to hand out hot dogs, cheeses, cream cheese, fries, and more 😊🙌🏻🤍
You all are Amazing!!! 🤩

1st time for us going down to
Washington Park for International Overdose Awareness Day
We are grateful to be with Centerstone/ Clarity Healthcare event for the overdose awareness day.

We are committed to walk alongside friends that have food needs. We also want people to know Open Hands Food Pantry truly wants the community to know We care about the needs of our community beyond just food.
If you need food assistance, we are open on Thursdays 10-2

We were so excited to have Gem City Doves #27 at the pantry again

Back at Open Hands Food Pantry!

Easy Fruit Crumble
*Uses canned fruit or pie filling*
Today’s is pumpkin pie filling!

Ingredients
1 can fruit (drained if very watery)
1 cup oats
¼ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp oil or butter

Instructions
Put fruit in a baking dish.
Mix topping and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350°F for ~25 minutes.

Very easy to swap ingredients out, such as:
Almond flour for flour
Sugar substitute for sugar (stevia, honey, maple syrup)
Add flax or chia seeds
Add nuts

We are so grateful for Krazytown Trampoline Park and the Pathfinders camp!! They made hygiene bags for the school kids.

We have been very low in our fruit section in the food pantry. We are so excited, We got our first donations for our fruit drive 🍑 😊

In the month of August, we are collecting can fruit, fruit cups, applesauce, or even fruit in jello.

We are grateful for every single donation 💕☺️

We are grateful to partner alongside the Quincy Neighborhood Federation
They worked so hard to put the back to school fair together for our community.
They are such a vital part of our youth and so much more in our community.
Thanks to all the community partners coming together for this amazing event. Thanks to Adams County Health Department, Gem City Doves #27 and Odd Fellows, Blessing Hospital State Representative Kyle Moore and so much more
