Devar Chaim Ministries, Inc. We are Hebrew because we have crossed over and are partakers of the covenant promises of Abraham. PO Box 1000, NY, NY 10027

Devar Chaim (Hebrew for “Word of Life”) Ministries is a church now located in the village of South Jamaica, Queens, NY under the leadership of Elder Jonathan Aaron Toogood. It is the intent of this ministry not to just be a place of worship but also a place of restoration, healing and deliverance; an oasis of wellness & wholeness in every area of life. DCM is Hebrew Apostolic in denomination in that we believe in the Bible inclusively, not esteeming the Old Testament over the New Testament nor the New Testament over the Old Testament. And we are Apostolic in that we continue in the apostle’s doctrine. We believe in one God, creator of heaven and earth who came to earth in the person of Yahshua Ha’Mashiach. We believe that Yahshua Ha’Mashiach, known to the world as Jesus Christ, came to redeem man back to God and that one must believe in Him to be saved. We believe that the baptism in the name of Yahshua Ha’Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) by immersion washes away sins. We believe that the seventh day is the Sabbath according to the Word of God and it was sanctified in creation before the law was given to Moses and that today this sanctification still applies. Come worship with us one Sabbath and learn more about the truth of God’s Word, there is a “Word of Life” just for you. If you have any question as to why we do what we do feel free to inbox us on FB or email us at [email protected]. We have sabbath school every Sabbath (Saturday) at 11:15am and Sabbath Celebration at 2:00PM. We are located at:
Temple El Shaddai
143-02 115th Ave

HAPPY CLERGY APPRECIATION MONTH TO OUR BELOVED PASTOR, ELDER J. AARON TOOGOOD!

Devar Chaim Ministries takes this time to honor and celebrate the man of God the Lord has blessed us with. Pastor, we thank God for your life, your prayers, your guidance, and the love you continue to show us. Thank you for being more than a pastor to us, for encouraging us when we need it, correcting us in love, praying for us, and helping us grow stronger in our walk with the Lord.

Your labor, sacrifices, and dedication to the people of God do not go unnoticed. We appreciate the wisdom you share, the Word you preach, and the way you continue to push us closer to God. We are grateful for every lesson, every prayer, and every moment you take to pour into our lives.

Pastor, we love you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for allowing you to be our shepherd. May the Lord continue to cover you, keep you, and take you from glory to glory. Your Devar Chaim Ministries family is grateful for you, not just during Clergy Appreciation Month, but every day! ❤️🙏🏽

What a blessing it was to fellowship with Praying Band of Faith as they celebrated their 60th Church Anniversary!

Our pastor brought forth a powerful word, and we are grateful for the opportunity to worship, praise, and rejoice together with the saints.

May God continue to strengthen the work, elevate His people, and receive all the glory for years to come. To God be all the glory! 🙌🏾
