This Sunday, we want to invite you to something different.

Shawn Wallace is joining us.
Ministry since 1998.
Pastor, planter, missionary in Nairobi and DC.
Now he helps lead Church Health for our district, walking with pastors across the region.

Pastor Macho will be sitting down with him.
They'll talk about his story, what makes a church actually healthy, and what it costs to stay faithful for decades.

This won't be a sermon. It'll be a conversation, and there will be space for questions afterwards.

Sunday. 10:30am.
We hope you don't miss this!

Some days carry celebration.
Others carry weight.
Most carry both at once.
Today holds space for all of it.

For steady presence and quiet effort.
For names we speak with gratitude.
For memories that still shape us.
For distance, repair, and what remains unfinished.
For hope that is still forming in those who long to step into fatherhood.
For those who lead, nurture, guide, and cover others in ways that often go unseen.

Wherever this day finds you, you are not outside the circle of care. There is room for your story here.

You are seen.

This Sunday, we’re stepping outside the walls of the church and walking together.

Our team is joining Walk MS as part of a collective effort to raise $2,500 for research and support for those living with multiple sclerosis.

We’ll walk 1–3 miles, meet at 9am at our church space, and do it as a community.

For some, this is just a walk.

For others, like Pastor Macho, it’s deeply personal. He was diagnosed with MS in January 2025.

If you’ve been looking for a simple, meaningful way to show up for something bigger than yourself, this is it.

You can:
• Join the team and walk with us
• Give or raise support toward our $2,500 goal
• Or simply show up and be present

We’re not just gathering on Sundays. We’re being formed into a people who show up for one another.

Links are in the comments for more info.

We worshipped through singing.
We broke bread together in a shared meal.
We heard the teaching of God's Word through Pastor Erica.
We received the Lord's table.
We prayed over and sent off a couple who is relocating.
We met a neighbor who is new to the area.
All of it... signs of the same truth:
He is Risen... He is Risen Indeed.
