Draw From The Well "Draw From The Well" is a Leadership Conference convened by Bishop H. Curtis Douglas and DBC. Kidd, Pastor Emeritus, Dabar Bethlehem Cathedral.

Having a passion for leaders and a concern about their well-being and effectiveness of their ministry, Bishop Douglas launched "Draw From The Well" (DFTW) in 2010. This leadership conference serves as a vital source of information for Senior Pastors and their leadership. Bishop’s guest panelist for the first conference included Bishop Donald Hilliard, II, Senior Pastor of Cathedral International,

Perth Amboy NJ, and Overseer Stanley M. PURPOSE
To inform, impart and inspire Pastors and Leaders as they work in the ministry. OBJECTIVES
To address the many challenges facing Pastors and Leaders. To equip Pastors and Leaders with tools to enhance their ministries. To provide Pastors and Leaders a safe environment for open dialogue. GOALS
To gather Church Leaders, and their spouses, for motivational discussions around ecclesiastical issues such as, church growth, administration, and leadership development. To discuss common ministry challenges. To learn specific strategies to balance working in the ministry. To provide a venue for Church Leaders to reflect on, refine and receive ministry.
