ROCKBURN VILLAGE FÊTE Saturday August 1, and FLEA MARKET Saturday and Sunday August 1and 2

Be part of the inaugural Rockburn Village Fête, a traditional community celebration with artisan vendors, old-fashioned games for children, fun activities for all ages, live music, and of course Afternoon Tea under the tent! Events will be held on the Rockburn Churchyard, and in the Rockburn Church Hall.

If you are a local artisan offering handcrafted items such as pottery, jewellery, artwork, knitting, toy-making, soaps or other unique items, or if you produce food items such as baking, jams, maple syrup or honey, get in touch to secure a space on the churchyard to sell your offerings at the Fête.

A Flea Market will be held in the church hall on both Saturday and Sunday August 1+2. This is your chance to clean out, and clean up!
Note: this is not a garage sale. All unsold items must go home with you after the market.

CHURCHYARD FÊTE:
TIME: Set up and be ready to sell by 10am; take down is at 4pm.

COST: the cost per 10'x10' space at the Fête is $20. This fee is payable in cash and will be collected at the beginning of the Fête.

BOOTH SET-UP: Vendors must supply their own tent and table, signage and display items. Set-up begins at 8am; vehicles must be removed and vendors ready to sell by 10am.

ELECTRICITY: If you require power for refrigeration, please note how much and for what appliance. Power sources are limited

ACCESS AND PARKING: Vendors may drive their vehicle onto the churchyard to unload in the morning and pack up at the end of the day. Parking will be available off site

REGISTRATION: To secure your space at the Fair, please email [email protected]. with VENDOR FETE in the subject line. You will be contacted by return email with confirmation and details.

FLEA MARKET IN THE HALL: August 1 and 2
TIME: Set-up starts at 8am.
Doors open to the public at 10am. Market closes at 4pm.

COST: The cost for 1 table is $20; 2 tables (double size) $30 per day.
Single table for 2 days :$30; Double table for 2 days $40. This fee is payable in cash and will be collected Saturday morning.

REGISTRATION: To secure a table/s for the Flea Market please email [email protected] with FLEA MARKET in the subject line. You will be contacted by return email with confirmation and details.

ACCESS AND PARKING: Unload your flea market items quickly and then park your vehicle. Parking at the church hall is NOT possible. Please note IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PARK AT THE ROCKBURN PUB. Parking will be indicated and a shuttle service will be available.
