Friday August 21 at 8:00 PM weather permitting, we will be in the pavilion to showcase the movie Unsung Hero. It’s the story about a family from Australia who moved to the United States and their discovery of their children’s musical talents. This leads to the formation and success of For King and Country and solo artist Rebecca St. James. Bring a friend and your favorite outdoor chair and come to enjoy the movie 🎥.

Join us for a Hymn Sing and Ice Cream Social on Sunday August 9th at 6:30 PM. Weather permitting, we will be outside in the pavilion for a time of singing 🎵 🎶 ice cream and fellowship so bring a friend and sing along with us.

Author Ann Van Hine, will speak about her journey after the loss of her husband, Bruce, a New York City firefighter, on 9/11. Ann will share her very personal story of loss in the midst of a national tragedy. An ordinary day 25 years ago changed her life - and the lives of so many others. Ann will include a time for sharing. She is author of "Pieces Falling", which will be available for purchase. Her story is featured in the Netflix Documentary: "Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror". Admission is free. Donations are being requested to benefit the West End Fire Company, serving the Quakertown community for over 100 years. A donation of a non-perishable food item is also appreciated. The church is home of Heaven's Bounty Food Pantry, serving many families within the community.

If you like trivia come out and test your knowledge of the Bible. There will be homemade pizza 🍕 and lots of fun! Come out at 5 PM and join this fun event sponsored by our young adults. Hope to see you there.

Following our outdoor worship service this morning please plan to stay and join in our picnic. Bring a side dish salad or dessert. Hot dogs hamburgers and drinks will be provided. All are welcome.
