Scripture Sunday 📖

Jesus promises a peace that the world cannot give—a deep, steady peace that lives in us even as storms swirl around us. Health concerns, financial pressures, and relationship struggles may surround us, but the peace of Christ anchors our hearts. When we stay rooted in Him, we can face the troubles of this world without being overcome.

🙏 Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of peace. Calm our anxious hearts, steady our minds, and help us trust You in every circumstance. Let Your peace guard our lives today and always. Amen.

The food pantry at Purvis Methodist Church is open Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM each week to help families in need. We are blessed to serve our community.

🚨 Community Support Update 🚨

A food truck will be at the church TODAY from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM in the back parking lot serving tornado victims, families, and workers affected by the storms. Meals will include chicken and baked bean plates. ❤️

If you or someone you know could use a warm meal and a little encouragement, please come by. We are continuing to pray for everyone impacted during this difficult time.
