Welcome to the page of Boiling Springs Baptist Church, of Purlear, NC. From our founding in 1932, we have long been a influential part of our community. We have long been a stanch supporter of missions, whether they be local, state, or international. You might be wondering why we have a .church domain for our website. This is very simple, as we wish to differentiate ourselves from others.

You see, we want the whole world to know that we are not an organization, like a country club or a civic club that is exclusive. Instead we are a living body of brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ who gather together every week to worship our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our doors are open to everyone, because Jesus died for the whole world, and during Jesus' ministry here on Earth he went to those who the "religious" considered to be undesirable, like tax collectors and prostitutes. Today we strive to do the same here at Boiling Springs and show all of those who the world has forgotten that we do love you and want to minister to you both with your physical needs and with the good news of Jesus Christ. We are all sinners in need of the same Savior, and we want to invite your family to come join us so we can love on you and introduce you to the rest of our church family while we focus on our exclusive focus and goal, which is to put Jesus Christ first before anything else in our lives, both in worship and service to him and in everything that we do in our lives. After all we do strive here at Boiling Springs to Connect with God, Connect with Others, and Connect Others with God!

Boiling Springs Baptist Church congratulates all of our 2025-2026 graduates.

Coach Josh Phipps obtained his Masters Degree from Liberty University. He is a coach and teacher at West Wilkes High School.

Logan Sharpe is graduating this Thursday from West Wilkes High School. He will be attending Wilkes Community College.

Landon Wilson is graduating from West Wilkes High School this Thursday. He will be attending Gardner Webb University on a Track and Field Athletic Scholarship.

Ali and Sadie will be upcoming Junior High students and will be attending West Wilkes Middle School.

We are so proud of all of them and pray for them as they move on to the “The Next Chapter!”

Good morning, we hope you and your family are making plans to join us tomorrow morning as we gather together to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we celebrate our Graduates with Graduate Recognition Sunday this week. We would love to see everyone come out to Sunday School at 10:00 AM. This week in Sunday School we have a special focus lesson which is titled "Don't Forget To Remember" and we will be studying in Joshua 4:1-7 and Joshua 4:20-24. Then we hope you will join us in Prayer Room that will start at 10:45 AM. During our 11:00 AM Worship Service we hope you will join us as Pastor Lance will be bringing us this week's message and we will be recognizing Graduates. Following our Worship Service, we will be having our regular WOM and Brotherhood meetings. Please invite someone that you know to come and join us as we come together to worship tomorrow morning beginning at 10:00 AM. God Bless you!

Thank you Jesus! Baby Luke and Kendra are home! What a miracle! Recently, Sister Kendra was septic and things did not look good for her and Luke, BUT GOD! Can God? God Can!

She was touched by God, Luke was touched by God, he was born and they both had a very long stay in the hospital. Praise be unto God, they both were released and are finally at home.

The entire family thanks everyone for their love, prayers and support.

Good Morning, we hope everyone is having a good week so far. We hope you will come out and join us tonight at 6:30 PM as we gather together to pray and to Worship God during our Wednesday Night Service. We will have our regular class for our children and youth in the Fellowship Hall. We will also have our regular Prayer Meeting/Bible Study as well in our Sanctuary. Following our service tonight, we will be having choir practice. Invite your family and friends to come and join us tonight and we look forward to seeing everybody at 6:30 PM this evening for our Wednesday Night Service. God Bless you
