WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
What an exciting way to start our first Sunday in September!
As Pastor Devin brought our Bible 911 Summer Sermon Series to a close, we were reminded of one powerful truth: when life sounds the alarm, God's Word is where we turn.
Throughout this series, we've learned that we don't have to panic, guess, or face life's emergencies in our own strength. Whether we need direction, courage, mercy, reassurance, or the faith to live in victory, the Bible gives us wisdom we can depend on. From loving God for who He is, to standing together without fear, receiving His overflowing mercy, and refusing to settle for less than His promises every message pointed us back to the same foundation: God's Word works!
The series may have ended, but the challenge continues: when your next "911" moment comes, don't panic. Open the Bible, stand on His promises, trust Jesus, and live in the victory God has already provided.
And this coming Sunday, Pastor will start an awesome new series that will bless your life. You want to know about it? Come to church this Sunday you won't be disappointed!
Our service was awesome as we worshiped God together. We also shared in communion as a church family, remembering Christ's sacrifice and His covenant love for us. The Kids had fun at children ministry.
We also concluded our Bo***ge Breaker Class, which highlighted moving away from a fixation on demonic activity and walking firmly in our identity and freedom through God's truth. Sustained liberation relies on a truth encounter, personal spiritual responsibility, and maintaining an ongoing lifestyle of reliance on the Holy Spirit. And to seal this freedom we have in Christ we read declarations aloud to renounce all areas of our lives the devil would attack us from and ask for filling by the Holy Spirit. It was an awesome Class.
