Assalamu Alaikum brothers and sisters,

As we approach the blessed month of Ramadan, we extend our warmest greetings and best wishes to you and your families. May this month bring you and your families spiritual growth, mercy, and countless blessings.

The Board of Trustees has decided that insha’Allah we will be following ISNA in regards to the start of Ramadan and Eid.

Insha’Allah Ramadan will begin on Saturday, March 1st, 2025. The first Taraweeh prayer will be held on Friday, February 28th, after Isha at the masjid.

We pray that Allah SWT accepts it from all of us and makes this Ramadan our best Ramadan. Congratulations to you all!!

Dear member of the Pullman Community,

On behalf of the Pullman Islamic Center, we warmly invite you to our annual Open House dinner on Saturday, March 8th, at 4:30 PM. We look forward to welcoming you as we break our fast together during the blessed month of Ramadan.

The evening will be filled with community interaction, reflection, and cultural exchange as we come together to meet new members, share meaningful conversations, and experience the spirit of Ramadan. This year, we will have a short talk and discussion on 'More than Fasting: The Deeper Meaning of Ramadan.' We will conclude by breaking our fast, observing the evening prayer, and enjoying dinner together. Please see the attached flyer for event details, including the schedule and timing.

Each year, we are honored to host members of the Palouse community, including leaders from local schools, law enforcement, houses of worship, and Washington State University. We would be delighted to have you with us for this special gathering. We kindly request that you RSVP by filling up the Google form. Eid al-Adha Prayer Details
Assalam o Alaikum,

Insha Allah Eid Al-Adha prayer will be on Sunday, June 16. We will ONLY have 1 Jama'ah prayer, please try to be on time. Following are the details of the location and time.

Sunday, June 16th, 2024
Takbirat: 07:00 AM
Prayer: 7:15 AM
Venue: Lincoln Middle School Pullman
Main Gym (315 SE Crestview St, Pullman)

We kindly request that you arrive on time, as the prayer will begin at 7:15 AM sharp. We highly recommend that you perform wudu (ablution) at home. Also, bring your prayer rug along with you.

We will also have a potluck breakfast together after the prayers, we encourage all to bring something to share with your brothers and sisters to celebrate Eid.

Shawwal moon has been sighted and tomorrow will be Eid al-Fitr insha Allah.

Following are the details for prayer:

Prayer: 8:00 AM

We will have ONLY 1 jama'ah for Eid al-Fitr Prayer. We will have a potluck breakfast, please bring something to share with your brothers and sisters.

We are grateful to Allah SWT for allowing us to observe the month of Ramadan and we pray that all our ibadah are accepted.

We will have ONLY 1 jama'ah for Eid al-Fitr Prayer. We will notify about the date tomorrow Insha Allah after moonsighting.

Dear Community Members,

On behalf of the entire Pullman-Moscow Muslim Community, it is our pleasure to invite you to the Open House event & Ramadan Dinner at the Pullman Islamic Center on Saturday, March 23rd at 5:30 PM. Together, we will be breaking our fasting for that day of Ramadan. The flyer for the event is attached.

To help us celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, we would like to invite people of all faiths and local civic leaders to this annual event.

We would be honored to have you join us at the event for the process of breaking the daily fast known as Iftar, followed by the opportunity to see us praying for a few minutes and joining the group for a traditional dinner. The Imam of the Pullman Islamic Center will deliver a brief lecture and there will be ample time for those who like to share a thought or comment or make brief remarks about the month of Ramadan and the beauty of creating interfaith harmony in our community.

Assalam o Alaikum,

According to Chicago Hilal the moon has not been sighted in the USA. The masjid committees have decided that Insha Allah first day of Ramadan 1445 will be on Tuesday March 12th. Insha Allah we will be starting taraweeh tomorrow (Monday) at 8:20 PM.

We pray Allah SWT accepts from all of us and allows us to make this Ramadan better in pleasing Him than the last Ramadan.
