Pulaski Seventh-day Adventist Church Welcome to the Pulaski Seventh-day Adventist Church, in Virginia.

The Sabbath School lesson this week continues the story of the origin of evil in our once-perfect universe, how the fall of Adam and Eve led to sin and death on this earth, and how humanity needed to be redeemed to realign with God’s plan.

The existence of sin and Adam and Eve’s participation in it doomed humanity to the sad and painful experience of death, but God already had a plan to save us.

Before the covenant with Abraham, before Noah's flood, and before Mary and Joseph were visited in their dreams–before all this, back in the Garden of Eden, God revealed His plan of salvation for humanity.

As you study your Sabbath School Bible Study Guide this week, consider the deception of Satan throughout the Bible and throughout history. How can you safeguard your own heart from his enchantments?

At the very heart of our lesson this week is the concept of God as love– the originator of love and the very expression of love. When we fully understand God’s love, we can fully understand the true perfection of the world He created.

But, how could evil come into existence in a perfect world filled with and created from God’s love and goodness?

Join us as we go through this study and tackle the origin of evil in our once-perfect world and answer the question, "Who is ultimately responsible for the evil in our world today?"

Many nations have crowned many kings and queens (seen here, Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and her husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh), upon whom are the eyes of the world. Adventists have always had a keen interest in the events of the world, including new world leaders and, in this issue of the Canadian Signs of the Times, concerns about the atomic weaponry the most powerful nations create. https://bit.ly/3x6iohe
