Hi Parents!
Thank you for registering your child(ren) for Summer Day Camp. We are looking forward to having your child(ren) with us on July 28-30! Just a few notes as we prepare…
- The schedule is Tuesday, July 28, Wednesday, July 29, and Thursday, July 30, from 9AM to 12:15PM.
- Tuesday, July 28: please check in your child(ren) beginning at 8:30AM. Please enter through the main office doors (west entrance off big parking lot). All other doors will remain locked.
- We will begin promptly at 9AM and end at 12:15PM. You can drop off your children as early as 8:30AM each day and pickup will begin at 12:15PM everyday.
- Your children must be brought inside to the check in area by an adult 18 or older. There will be a pick up ticket given to that adult. The adult picking up your child must have the pick up ticket in order for us to release your child to that adult or a picture of the ticket on his/her phone. This is for the safety of your child and all of the children attending our Summer Day Camp!
-NOTE…Our pick up process is different from years past, so please take note to the following…Please pick up your children at our outside big white and yellow tent. We will still have you park in the same morning drop off location and then walk to the tent to pick up your child. Please make sure you have your pick up ticket with you. Also, we will be passing out maps during registration to help with these directions and so you can see the location of the important locations at this years Summer Day Camp.
-We have planned our pick up/drop off times this way to accommodate for our church hosting an amazing organization, Samaritan’s Purse, which is helping families who have been affected by the fires. We are so grateful to be hosting them for the next few weeks!!
- Lunch will be served each day. If your child(ren) have allergies, please let us know when checking in on Tuesday.
