Hello all,
Our missionary, Tawyna Gilliland, will be with us on December 11th. We will all work on the missions sections in class with our Sparkies.
Here are the Hand Book page numbers. Take a minute to review the section with your kids.

HangGlider (Green Hand Book) Page 54. Review page 62. Practice Colossians 1:3. When this section is completed, your HangGlider Sparky will have earned Green Jewel 2.

WingRunner (Blue Hand Book) Page 49. Review page 55. Practice Mark 16:15. Parents help your child to finish Page 57. When this section is completed, your WingRunner Sparky will have earned Red Jewel 2.

SkyStormer (Red Hand Book)

Pages 54-64. Review page 59 (Romans 1:16) Say John 3:16 to 2 people. Review page 63 (Acts 1:8) Review page 64 (Several verses) Write a letter to our Awana Missionary (Joe and Jill Cook). Instructions for the letter are on page 56. When this section is completed, your SkyStormer Sparky will have earned Green Jewel 2:2.

Next week, December 18th, we will also have a special guest. Miss Sue will share the Hanukkah Story.

Christmas break is December 25-January 1. Awana resumes on January 8.

We have a slight change in plans for this week. We will have our regular schedule. Our missionary, Tawyna Gilliland, will be with us on December 11th. So, this week we will continue in our Handbooks. Next week we will all work on our Missions section.

Hello all,

This Awana Club year has raced by. This Thursday will be our last night for Handbook time. Parents, please check your child's Handbook and help them with any sections that need to be finished. Several kids need to finish their chore charts at the end of the books.

Awards and certificates will be given to your children on Thursday, May 15th. We will also have an ice cream celebration. Plan now to bring your children and acknowledge their accomplishments.

Thanks again for allowing your children to be part of our Awana Club.

It's an Awana Christmas! Join us tonight as we celebrate together. Decorate yourself like a Christmas tree, wear a Christmas sweater or come as a Nativity character.
We will not have Awana on December 26th or January 2nd.
