Our Oasis Baptist Church Sunday A.M. Service at 11 am and Wednesday Bible Study at 7 pm will be outside, practicing social distancing, weather permitting. Services temporarily suspended.

Our desire is to "stand...in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein" (Jeremiah 6:16). We call what we have here "Our Oasis", a place to be refreshed by God's Word, and to be encouraged by one an

other in the fellowship and love of God's people. The church isn't where we go, it's who we are. It's not a pinnacle for perfected saints, but rather a laboratory for repentant sinners. It shouldn't be a place of business and entertainment, but should be a place of refuge for the weary and broken. God never intended for us to live out our faith in isolation. Our Oasis is what God uses to grow us, encourage us, and use our gifts to glorify Him. It's not just about sitting in a pew and singing hymns, it's about getting up and taking what you have and reaching out to others. It's more about doing than it is about being.
