Today is Deacon Sunday!

We thank God for all deacons serving in the Catholic communities throughout the Diocese of Fort Worth, especially Deacon Bill, Deacon Jack, Deacon Tom, and Deacon Tony. Through their call to the diaconate, they follow Christ’s example by serving others and sharing His love.

Please join us in praying for these faithful men as they continue to serve God and His people!

In 1571, as the Ottoman fleet advanced, Pope St. Pius V urged the faithful to pray the Rosary.

On October 7, victory came at the Battle of Lepanto. In thanksgiving for Our Lady’s intercession, a feast was established - first called Our Lady of Victory, now Our Lady of the Rosary.

More than four centuries later, the lesson remains: When the odds seem overwhelming, pray.

📿 Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Happy Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi!

St. Francis didn't set out to change the world overnight. He simply said "yes" to God, one faithful step at a time. Whether it's learning something new, helping a friend, growing in prayer, or serving others, great things begin with small acts of faith.

Today, let's take the next step God is calling us to take. And, in honor of St. Francis, share a photo with your favorite pet below!
