September is Stewardship Month at SMdP! 🙏

Over the next several weekends, we will explore ways each of us can live out our baptismal call to stewardship. Stewardship is not simply about financial giving - it is a way of life rooted in gratitude, faith, and love.

Everything we have is a gift from God. In response, we are called to return those gifts through our time, talent, and treasure. As we begin this special month, prayerfully consider how God may be calling you to grow, serve, and give.

No gift is too small when it is offered from the heart! 💙

In observance of Labor Day, the Parish Office will be closed this Monday, September 7. 🇺🇸

Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. There will be no Eucharistic Adoration or other parish activities that day.

Please join us in welcoming Nicholas Hoelscher, who has been assigned to St. Martin de Porres for his pastoral internship year!

Nicholas grew up in Arlington as a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Classics in 2017. After working in construction for several years, he entered seminary in 2022 following a period of discernment with the Diocese of Fort Worth.

Nicholas enjoys reading, hiking, and camping - especially in the mountains of Colorado. His journey to seminary was a winding one, but it revealed an important truth: love of Christ and the desire for a relationship with Him are the foundation of every vocation.

“Christ has seen me through the many twists and turns that brought me here. He is the Way, and if we cling to Him, He does the rest.”
