Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave souls who gave everything for our freedom. Let us reflect on their sacrifice and express our gratitude. As we remember their courage, we also reflect on the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us all — “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” -John 15:13

Last week we celebrated the retirement of our incredible preschool music teacher, Miss Sharon! Thank you for the years of love, dedication, patience, and joy you have poured into the lives of so many children and families through music and ministry. Your faithfulness has made an eternal impact, and your songs and kindness will be remembered for years to come.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” -Matthew 25:21

May this new season of life be filled with peace, joy, blessings, and the continued presence of God in every step ahead. We love you and thank God for you! 🎶💛

As we close out our Unshakeable series through Epistle to the Colossians, may we leave with these words rooted deep in our hearts:

“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” — Colossians 4:2

May we continue to live with faith that is active, hearts that are grateful, and words that point people to Jesus.
May our lives reflect His grace in the way we speak, serve, love, and witness to others.

As this series comes to an end, the mission does not.
Let’s continue walking unshakeable in Christ — devoted in prayer, wise in how we live, and ready to share the hope we have in Him.

Getting ready for an unforgettable adventure at Vacation Bible School at Saint John Community Church! VBS is a high-energy,
joy-filled week where kids discover God’s love through engaging Bible lessons, fun music, creative crafts, hands-on activities,
and exciting games— all in a safe, welcoming environment.

Children will build friendships, explore their faith, and learn how God’s truth applies to their everyday lives. Each day is designed
to spark curiosity, grow confidence, and point kids to Jesus in a way that’s meaningful and fun.

Whether your child is brand new to church or has grown up in Sunday School, VBS is a fantastic opportunity to learn, laugh, and
grow together.

We had a great time on our Alpha Day Away on Saturday but missed the ones that couldn’t be there. We learned more about the Holy Spirit, had great conversations, and experiences in HIS presence. Thank you Agape Wilderness Retreat Center for your hospitality throughout the day.
