Our Story

The Catholic Community of Saint Bernadette is located in Prospect, Ky., on the edge of Norton Commons in eastern Jefferson County. Saint Bernadette’s parish school is St. Mary Academy located on the same campus. Saint Bernadette was formed in 2008 through the merger of Mother of Good Council (Louisville) with Transfiguration of Our Lord (Goshen). We currently have over 2,000 registered families.
