This Sunday is Trinity Sunday, a designated day in the Christian calendar in honor and contemplation of the triune nature of God – Creator, Christ, and Holy Spirit. Or perhaps you prefer Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Or Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer. However you say it, we are called to worship one true God of fullness. We will also be celebrating our graduates!

Holy Trinity, along with Scott County Pride, invite you to celebrate Pride Month with our Second Annual Pride Bingo Night on Saturday, June 6 from 6:30-8:30pm. We hope for this to be an intergenerational evening celebrating ALL! There will be prizes, pizza, popcorn and fun times. We hope you can make it! Food donations to Hope Cafe & Pantry welcome!

The missions we are focusing on for the 2nd quarter coordinate with the I-Team focus of The Golden Rule: Domestic Violence, Bullying, Gender, and Pride. All donations collected throughout the months of April-June will be divided equally among the following three missions: RECLAIM, Southern Valley Alliance and Minnesota Reconciling Congregations.

This Sunday is Pentecost and we will conclude our worship series "The Heart of the Matter." Easter season emphasized that love is that which binds us to God, to Jesus, to each other. Love is our religion. On Pentecost, the church received the power of the Holy Spirit to let this message flow out from all, to all.

This Sunday is Ascension Sunday when we commemorate the moment the disciples witnessed Jesus leaving this physical world. He had spent some quality time with them, helping them understand more about their faith and the continued mission that they must now carry on. He asked them to encourage people to a change of heart – to believe in the hope and life and love that was his message on earth.

You say Prior Lake, we say Edelweiss! Well, first we say Holy Trinity. But then we say - Edelweiss! There will be a drop-off box for Hope Pantry food donations at our wonderful hometown bakery from May 13-26, and on May 20 from 7am-3pm, if you say the words "Hope Pantry" 20% of your purchase of bakery or lunch items will go to the Pantry. Many thanks to our friends and neighbors at Edelweiss.

Also, if pizza is your jam, our second fundraiser at Mana Brewing is on Monday, May 18 from 2- 7pm. Ten percent of purchases go to Hope Pantry. Amazing pizza, lots of fun, and the joy of reducing hunger in our community.

This Sunday we continue our worship series titled "The Heart of the Matter." We'll hear scripture readings about doing the “right thing." Sometimes doing the right thing is difficult and means we must make sacrifices in order to not do harm to others. We do it because love is the commandment we live by.

This Sunday we continue our worship series titled "The Heart of the Matter." Jesus wants us to let go of our need to control the future, our anxiety about what is going to happen, and let God comfort us. He reminded his disciples to trust in God when our hearts are troubled.
