✝️ NOVENA TO THE HOLY SPIRIT (for Pentecost Sunday)
Prayers & Video — https://thecatholiccrusade.com/holy-spirit-novena/

The Novena to the Holy Spirit is traditionally prayed during the nine days between Ascension Thursday and Pentecost Sunday, following the example of the Apostles and Our Lady, who gathered in the Upper Room and prayed together as Our Lord had instructed, until the Holy Spirit descended upon them on the first Pentecost.

This novena is a powerful way to prepare your heart to receive the gifts and graces the Holy Spirit desires to bestow upon you.

Both Peoria theaters will be showing this documentary June 9.

The French breakout hit film comes to America just as the U.S. bishops will consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart in honor of our 250th anniversary!
What better way to understand this devotion and re-consecrate our own lives and the lives of our families to the heart of Jesus?

One year ago today, Pope Leo XIV stepped onto the balcony of St. Peter’s Basilica and greeted the world with the words: "Peace be with you!"

Today, we continue to pray for the Holy Father as he faithfully shepherds the Church.

School Supply Giveaway
We’re excited to share that our annual School Supply Giveaway will
be happening earlier than usual this year!
It will be held on July 20th, from 5-6:30 pm, at the Union Church in Brimfield.
By moving the event up, we hope to ensure students are fully prepared and confident before the school year begins.
We will be collecting donations through May 31st.
To make the biggest impact possible, we are prioritizing monetary donations this year. Financial contributions allow us to purchase supplies in bulk, fill in gaps and better meet the specific needs of students in our community.
Donations of supplies can still be made.
If you would like to make a monetary donation, checks should be made out to Brimfield Area Food Pantry with “School Supplies” in the memo line.
If making a cash donation, please put in an envelope marked “School Supplies”.
Thank you for the continued support to those in need.
Any questions, contact Sheila Harmon 309-645-0081.
