Nassau Presbyterian Church Nassau Presbyterian Church, a dynamic congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA), exists to worship, know, and serve God through Jesus Christ.

We come together — many ages, many gifts — to glorify God through vibrant worship, renew our minds through faith-shaping learning, and use our individual and collective gifts to seek God's justice in this world as disciples of Jesus Christ. God sustains our ministries in education, music and arts, outreach, and fellowship. All that we do together challenges us to act in ways that bring our Lord's transforming word to our community and the world.

“Help us to live our faith in the present, in the reality of your grace. Help us remember that even when our days are not peaceful, we live in peace with you.”

In Sunday's Prayers of the People, Rev. Wendi L. Werner reminds us that God's peace is not something we must wait for or achieve through our own strength. Even amid uncertainty, division, and suffering, we already stand in God's grace.

We pray for those who grieve, those who are ill, and those carrying burdens unseen. May God's sustaining love renew our hope and give us courage to extend to others the mercy we have so freely received.

Nassau is a proud member of the Princeton Housing Stability Coalition organized by Princeton, NJ Government Human Services.

When a family or individual requests housing support from one of our non-profit partners Nassau will help to cover the remaining expenses other organizations cannot and/or offer Housing Navigation services. Our Housing Navigator supports families from beginning to end, including locating and applying for affordable housing, assisting with paperwork, monitoring waitlists and new housing opportunities, advocating with property managers, and facilitating access to moving resources.

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine.”

In worship this week, we returned to God's promise of everlasting love amid the worries and uncertainties of our world.

We gave thanks for our congregation and those called to serve, prayed for those grieving, suffering, or carrying burdens close to home, and asked God to calm our spirits, strengthen our courage, and guide us in the more excellent way of love.
