Need a midweek pick-me-up? We've got just what you need tonight at Oakland Community Church!

🍽️ Dinner starts at 6:30 PM — It's Covered Dish Night, so bring your favorite dish to share and enjoy some great food and fellowship with your church family.

📖 Bible Study begins at 7:15 PM in the sanctuary as we continue our church-wide study, "Don't Allow the Enemy to Have a Seat at Your Table." Each week God is teaching us how to recognize the enemy's tactics and walk in the victory Christ has already given us!

Bring your whole family and come be encouraged, challenged, and refreshed in God's Word.

💥 What a POWERFUL day yesterday at Oakland Community Church! 💥

We wrapped up Part 5 of our series, “Don’t Take the Bait From Satan” — Not Fully Committing — and what a way to close it out! We left encouraged, challenged, and convicted as God moved in a mighty way. 🙌

🎤🗣️Worship was right on point with each song 🔥🔥

Lives are being changed week after week, hearts are being stirred, and Jesus is showing out at OCC! There is nothing like seeing God move in His people. ❤️

We also celebrated a HUGE win with our very first OCC Membership Class! It was an awesome time learning about our vision, life verse, church motto, and the pillars we believe in as a church family. We are excited for what God is doing and where He is taking us!

Church Wide Family Picnic Was a Success! What a wonderful day of fellowship, fun, food, and community at OCC’s first-ever Church Wide Family Picnic! We are so thankful for everyone who came out and helped make this special day such a blessing! Also extra special thank you to The Evans Fam for hosting us all!

As much fun as we had today, we’re even more excited about gathering together tomorrow for a great day in the House of the Lord!

What a powerful Sunday at Oakland Community Church! 🙌

We continued Part 4 of our series, Don’t Take the Bait, “The Bait of a Lie.” We broke down how lying is displeasing to God and how the enemy uses deception to pull us away from truth. But God calls us to walk in honesty, integrity, and freedom through Him!

The worship was powerful, the Word spoke directly to hearts, and we left encouraged, challenged, and empowered to live in God’s truth every day.

Sunday recap 🗣️🔥

What a POWERFUL Sunday at Oakland Community Church! 🙌

Part 3 of our series “Don’t Take the Bait” The Bait of Doubt, hit right on time! We walked through Luke chapter 24 and saw that even in the very presence of Jesus, the disciples struggled with doubt. What an encouragement to know that if they battled doubt, we are not alone in ours.

But here’s the good news: Jesus always shows up at the right time. In our deepest doubts, darkest moments, and hardest questions, He still appears, speaks peace, and reminds us who He is.

Conviction was felt, hearts were changed, and God moved in a powerful way! If you missed it, don’t miss next Sunday as we continue this series at Oakland Community Church!
