The Holy Spirit is our source of support, guidance, and encouragement for believers. He is the person of the Trinity that leads us and guides us, who leads us into all truth, and brings to our remembrance all things that Jesus said, who calls us, and anoints us and empowers us for service.

We are living in a time when Seismic Shifts have hit our society, leaving people unsure about truth…. shaken and unsettled in their faith. The question asked by David in Psalm 11:3 resonates among many today: “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” You know and I know the foundations are being destroyed. What Can The Righteous Do? We can keep our faith strong – we can continue to trust God – We can lean heavily on the Word of God – refuse to give in or give up. We “press toward the mark; the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

In John’s gospel, John is laying the foundation that the miracles are proof of the Sonship and Deity of Jesus as Messiah, Lord, and Christ. Wherever He journeyed, just as He left his footprints in the sand; Jesus left evidence of the Supernatural power of Jehovah God.

Water baptism is a symbolic burial, by which the Born Again Believer publicly declares they have died, and are now beginning a “Brand New Life”, in Christ. Water Baptism Is A Statement Of Faith: A declaration in which we say, “My old life is behind me – I am a new person, with a new beginning, with a new life.”

In Scripture the “Bible kind of HOPE” is different than just human kind of hope. In the Bible hope means “TO EXPECT WITH CONFIDENCE.” Christian hope is the Eager Anticipation Of A Guaranteed Outcome. This is the hope that we find in the Resurrection Of Jesus Christ! The HOPE of forgiveness. The HOPE of peace. The HOPE of assurance. The HOPE of Heaven. This HOPE is not focused on something that may or may not happen; this HOPE Is Centered In The Person Of Jesus Christ. It is rooted in faith and trust in His character and His power.

Palm Sunday is a very special time of celebration for the Church. It is the time when we commemorate the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. This event marked the last week of Christ’s life on this earth in which He fulfilled the Passion and the Resurrection for our forgiveness and redemption.
