The Preston 5th YM took a little backpacking trip to Iron Bog Lake this week. Here are the pics. I’ll add captions to the pics to tell the story of the trip. It included:
Many shoe malfunctions
Very few fish
Short steep hike

This may not have been an official scout trip but it was great to get out and backpack with some of the young men from the Preston 5th Ward.

If you don’t mind snakes, hundreds of ticks, rock slides, boiling hot pools, bushwhacking trails and burnt forest you may like it 😉.
