Join us at the table tonight at 5:30 at Kennebec Lutheran.
Maundy Thursday might be the last honest night the Church has left.
Because everything is breaking.
The table is not peaceful.
It is strained, difference, betrayal, confusion.
No one agrees.
No one understands.
And yet,
Jesus does not cancel the meal.
He gathers them anyway.
Doch.
We keep trying to fix the table
by removing people.
Jesus holds it together
by refusing to let anyone go.
Doch.
