As parents, we all want what's best for our children.

We want them to grow into kind, confident, resilient adults.

We want them to flourish.

We want them to be healthy, capable, and prepared for whatever life brings.

So we read the parenting books.
We listen to the podcasts.
We research schools and curricula.
We sign them up for sports, music lessons, and extracurricular activities.

We think carefully about screen time, time outdoors, routines, nutrition, and the countless parenting opinions that seem to meet us at every turn.

None of those things are wrong.

In fact, many of them are good gifts that help our children learn, grow, and experience the world God created.

But in the middle of all the advice, expectations, and opportunities, it's easy to lose sight of the one calling that matters most.

Long before we're called to raise successful children, we're called to raise disciples.

Our greatest responsibility isn't simply preparing our children for adulthoodโ€”it's introducing them to the God who created them, pointing them to Jesus, and faithfully modeling what it looks like to love and follow Him.

Because one day, the sports seasons will end. The toys will be forgotten. School will be over.

Childhood will pass.

But a life rooted in Christ has eternal significance.

May we never lose sight of the greatest investment we can make:
Teaching our children, through both our words and our lives, to know the love of Christ.

Are you as excited as we are?! Only 11 days until our annual Christian Family Summer Camp.

Soon families from across the region will gather in Prescott, Arizona for a weekend of worship, encouragement, fun, and meaningful connection.

This year's theme, Raising Kids in a Wired World, will help parents think biblically and practically about technology, discipleship, identity, and faith.

Expect solid biblical teaching for the whole family. Walk away feeling empowered and equipped!

Along the way, families will enjoy outdoor adventures, campfires, worship sessions, great conversations, and intentional time together.

We're praying for every family who will be joining us and looking forward to all God has in store.

Summer break doesn't have to mean a break from spiritual growth.

In fact, summer may be one of the best opportunities we have as parents to intentionally invest in our children's faith.

Without the pressure of school schedules, homework, and packed routines, we have more opportunities for meaningful conversations, family devotions, prayer, Scripture memory, and simply doing life together. Christian parenting doesn't take a summer vacationโ€”it continues through everyday moments, conversations, and experiences.

The good news is that building faith doesn't have to look like adding another item to your to-do list.

Faith can grow during family dinners, road trips, bedtime conversations, serving others together, discussing a movie's message, or talking about what God is teaching your family this season. These ordinary moments often become the foundation for extraordinary faith.

This summer, let's be intentional about helping our children know God's Word, recognize His faithfulness, and develop a faith that will stand firm for years to come.

Summer is often filled with vacations, activities, and opportunities to make memories as a family.

Those things are good.

But sometimes what families need most isn't simply a change of scenery.

We need intentional space to reconnectโ€”with God, with one another, and with the purpose God has given us as parents.

That's the heart behind Legacy Family Camp.

It's a weekend designed to encourage parents, strengthen families, and help us think biblically about raising children in today's world.

This year's theme, Raising Kids in a Wired World, will offer practical guidance and biblical wisdom for navigating technology, identity, discipleship, and faith.

Along the way, families will enjoy worship, outdoor adventures, meaningful conversations, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Our prayer is that families leave not only with great memories, but also with renewed purpose and encouragement for the journey ahead.

Still time to register for camp! God does amazing things when we slow down enough to listen. Family camp is the perfect opportunity.

This blog is a bit raw for me and not easy to share. God brings transformation, always drawing us closer to his heart. I'm so thankful!

Read about how summer family camp impacted me and my kids - and then sign up and bring your family! It's less than a month away and we are busy preparing! Link for both the blog and camp registration are in my bio.

As Christian parents, we know we should pray for our children.

But sometimes it's hard to know where to start.

What do we pray for when our children are struggling?

What do we pray for as they grow in their faith?

How can we pray beyond simply asking God to keep them safe and happy?

That's why we created Praying with Paul โ€” a free resource that helps parents pray ๐˜ฃ๐˜ช๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ถ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ด over their children using prayers ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ฃ๐˜บ ๐˜š๐˜ค๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฑ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ and the Apostle Paul's prayers.

]This resource is designed to help families develop a deeper, more intentional prayer life rooted in God's Word.

If you'd like a simple tool to help you pray with greater confidence and purpose, we'd love to share it with you.

It's nearly here!! This devotional will be ready to purchase later this week!!

What if you could pray powerfully and effectively every time? This will walk you through the prayers of Paul, breaking down what he was praying for and teach you how to pray over your life and family in a powerful way using the Word of God.

Words matter.

Especially the words we hear repeatedly about ourselves.

Sometimes a label spoken over us in childhood can follow us into adulthood. We begin to see ourselves through that lens without ever stopping to ask whether it's actually true.

One of the beautiful truths of Scripture is that our identity is not determined by the labels other people give us.

It's determined by the God who created us and calls us His own.

This timely blog explores a word many people have heard before: spoiled.

What does that word actually mean from a biblical perspective?

And how do we distinguish between being entitled and simply being blessed by God?

More importantly, how do we help our children build their identity on God's truth instead of the opinions and labels of the world around them?
