New Life Ministries International Spirit Filled Family Church Pastors Phillips have been in the ministry for 36 years and have held a variety of ministry positions during that time.

Visionaries, Joseph and Pamela Phillips, minister together as a team in a prophetic, deliverance and healing ministry, which operates freely in the gifts of the Spirit. Before pioneering New Life Ministries International, they were Sr. Pastors of New Life Fellowship in Glendale AZ for 23 years. Following God and being in the very center of His will is how Pastors Phillips have chosen to live thei

r lives. Holy Ghost has free reign in their ministry and services and they are submitted and committed to the uncompromising Word of God, prayer and worship. Evangelists Tim and Kathy Sumner brought a message of fulfilling GOD'S process in our lives and maturing in Jesus by following HIS example of obedience and increase, for as John the Baptist said in John 3:30 -- "He must increase, but I must decrease." As we mature in Jesus, giving our lives into his hands, we will see the increase spoken of in Luke 2:52.
