Looking for a meaningful way to spend your Sunday evening? Join Robinson Springs Church and Prattville First Methodist Church for a free evening of music, testimony, and fellowship on Sunday, August 30.

Enjoy the music and testimony of Logan Brendle, an ordained Deacon in the Global Methodist Church and an Asbury Seminarian. Logan will share songs from her latest album, Passage, along with a message about her experience during the 2023 Asbury University Outpouring.

Everyone is welcome! Come enjoy an evening of music, faith, and fellowship.

🩵 Prattville First Methodist Church is working in partnership with School Ministries Alabama to offer a weekly release time Bible education class for students who are enrolled in first period P.E. Students will check in to their regular class and then be released for transportation to First Methodist Church. Each week, the students will receive a lesson on the life, ministry and saving work of Jesus Christ. The day of the week is TBD, but will be either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
📕 The curriculum we are using is through School Ministries Alabama and has been approved by the Alabama State Legislature as a qualified Release Time Bible Education curriculum.

🎒 The new school year has begun and we hope you’ll join us this Sunday for our Blessing of the Backpacks! Bring your backpack, lunch box, tote bag or whatever you would like us to pray over! We will bless them at the 8:30 and 11:00 Services.

🍎 Kids will gather in the gym for Pop Tarts at 10:00 and then Pop Up to their new Sunday School Class!

🎄 Operation Christmas Child Christmas in July!

🎁 For the month of July, we will collect washcloths, toothbrushes and hairbrushes. We will have collection bins in the narthex and at the doors near Freda's desk. We will need at least 600 of each of these items, as they go into all the boxes we pack. We are looking forward to another fantastic year of blessing others through OCC!
