EXCELLENCE IS INTENTIONAL! 💪

We are incredibly proud of the men at our Adult & Teen Challenge Lincoln Center who recently completed training focused on Ministry Excellence and Organizational Good Practices with our Regional Director, James Hughes.

At Adult & Teen Challenge of Alabama, we believe that when we grow our people, we strengthen our ministry. Excellence isn’t about perfection—it’s about being intentional, accountable, teachable, and committed to doing everything God has entrusted to us with excellence.

We also want to take a moment to thank Brother Paul Reynolds for his faithful leadership at our Lincoln Men’s Center. We are grateful for his heart for the men, his commitment to the mission, and the leadership he continues to provide to his team. Strong ministries are built by leaders who are willing to serve, lead, and invest in others.

These men invested their time in sharpening their leadership, strengthening organizational practices, and becoming better equipped to serve the men God has placed in our care.

Healthy leaders build healthy teams. Healthy teams build healthy ministries. And healthy ministries help change lives!

We’re grateful for these men and their commitment to keep learning, growing, and leading with excellence.
