Good morning all the followers of this page. Today we're reading Psalms 20, 50, 80, 110 and 140 as well as Proverbs 20.

I'd like to ask forgiveness for my sloth, my laziness in not keeping this page up to date with Good News postings and teachings revealed to me.

It was revealed to me, last night, that God has something special planned for our lives, Becky Lamb Doyle and me, and though I don't know what it is yet it must be something pretty big because the enemy is doing everything he can to keep us busy and alone. Our oneness as a couple, has been put to the test this past two weeks, maybe longer, and it wasn't until God revealed to me that my old self was starting to creep back in that realized whatvwas going on. My old selfish self, the self that believes I deserve whatever it is that I want money, time, s*x, etc, whenever I want it was eye opening and very humbling. That was pride talking, and taking center stage in my life. No more! God is my only path, His ways are becoming my ways, and my prayer is that God reveal His plan for my life as He keeps me spiritually aware of my surroundings. I ask that you pray for Becky and me and that you pray as the Holy Spirit directs you.

For those of you wondering why I choose to get this family tattoo on my hand, instead of somewhere else, let me explain.

First off this design was chosen by Hunter Doyle and the whole Doyle Clan decided it was a great design for a family tattoo. Unfortunately we did not make it happen before Hunter died. So in the interest of being intentional the remaining Doyles chose to get our tattoos now, no more waiting, no more excuses.

Secondly, I got mine on my hand as a kind of memorial to Hunter. See he really wanted a hand tattoo but he was waiting to finish school and become a teacher before he got one. He was being responsible. He was waiting to see if the school system would allow hand tattoos before getting one. He knew that a hand tattoo could possibly have prevented him from a goid job, so he waited. I placed mine on my hand because he can't now.

Last reason for the hand tattoo is to remind me to be intentional with everyone God puts into my life. Hunter was intentional in most areas of his life and I don't want to be lazy or disinterested anymore. Eternity is a long time, Heaven and hell are real places, Jesus is alive, and God doesn't want any of His children to choose hell (and neither do I).

Did I ever think about getting a tattoo on my hand before? Nope! Now that I have one I am really enjoying looking at it all the time. Can't wait for it to finish healling. Sorry this was so long, thanks for lettin me share.

Lessons learned from Hunter's death

1) Stop Procrastinating. Life is short and you don't know what day God has planned for your final day, so live every day like it could be your last.

2) Stop Worrying about what you can't control. God's in control so let Him!!

3) It's never too late (or too soon) to start a relationship with Jesus. Goes along with #1.

4) Be Intentional!! Make time for loved ones, friends, God, Jesus and yourself.

5) Don't Hesitate!! He who hesitates loses or worse misses out.

6) Find Joy in everything and everyone. Remember that everyone brings jos into your life, some when they enter and some when they leave.

I am not going to try and keep my web page going. I am having too many issues with the website builder. Facebook will be one of my platforms and will be posting more on this page.

I am struggling to stay connected to God right now. I know who is at fault and I only have him to blame. God is Good and I wonder why He choose me for this ministry. All I can do is continue to trust Him and believe He knows what is best for me.

So here I sit working on being more proactive with this ministry God has called me to, reading a book on lust, listening to Christian music, doing everything I need to do to prepare to go forth and teach His folk about s*xual purity, and I stumble. I won't go into details on the stumble, just know that I did. This is why it is so important to have God and His Word tattooed on your heart so you can utilize that knowledge, wisdom and truth to help you avoid a stumble. Also realize that we will all stumble at some point and our stumbles will not be the same. You may stumble is an area i am strong in and i might stumble in a area you are strong in. Having God's Word etched, tattooed, hidden, however you want to call it on your heart will help you to see the stumble before it happens, and if you do happen to stumble and realize what you did afterward, thank God for His Presence and compassion for you. Ask for forgiveness and move on. I try to not say "I will never do that again" because then opens me up to Satan and his antics and he will push my buttons and help me to stumble again. I try to say God please help to see the stumble before I fall down, before I sin, so I can stay strong. We can not win this fight on our own. We have to have help, both from God and from fellow believers who will help to keep us accountable by being open and brutally honest with us (which also means we have to be open and brutally honest with them and with ourselves). We do not need someone who won't be honest and for some of us we need a friend who will be very blunt with us, blunt to the point of possibly even hurting our feelings. Because hurt feelings are truly just convictions from the Holy Spirit that what they said is true and what you did was wrong. Plus feelings lie. Truth hurts and thank God for His Truth! I ask that everyone who reads this post say a prayer for me, a prayer lead by the Holy Spirit. I will not ask for anything specific but just pray as you are led. Thanks and God bless you.
