Heading to Goodland Kansas this weekend for a Momentum Seminar. This is a fusion of the Momentum book and the Healthy Church book. We will be talking about Church Purpose and Vision, hitting the reset on how we pursue the Great Commission, and talking about our legacy to future generations.

In researching for the Healthy Pastor resource book we had a "pastor summit" in November of 2021. Such a great conversation about the type of stresses clergy experience, many of which can cause deep hurt, trauma, and/or PTSD.

We catalogued a number of stresses experienced, now I NEED YOUR HELP! Would you please take a few minutes to mark which of these stresses you have personally experienced and a brief response to the follow up questions.

My hope is to create a resource that acknowledges common hurts and stresses, helps pastors become wiser in navigating through them, provide steps for healing, and maybe see with more clarity what is really happening from the Big Picture point of view.

Our recent Healthy Pastor Summit identified a number of common stresses and traumas experienced by pastors. Please help develop this resource for pastors through this survey. Answer all experiences that you personally have had, ignore the rest.

Had an incredible conversation yesterday at the Healthy Pastor Summit about common stresses, hurts, and traumas we have all faced. The intent is to create a resource book that goes through 12 of these categories, sharing the scenarios- the hurt and stress they cause- how God gets us through those times- and how we have learned or grown. Keep posted for a survey where you all can chime in!

We had great conversations at our recent Healthy Church Zoom Conference. I have heard from some pastors that Sunday night did not work for them so I am working in a new conference soon on a Monday evening. Let me know if that interests you!

The "Healthy Church Seminar" will be a Zoom Conference taking place Sunday evenings on January 17th and 24th 6-8pm. Our hope is that you can share your zoom link with your church leadership and bring them in on the conversation or gather and watch together. A nominal fee of $10 covers an entire church and provides you with the zoom link and access to the digital download of the workbook.

Due to rising numbers of Covid-19 across the state and here in Pratt, and understandably low numbers in sign-up, we have decided to postpone the seminar until mid-January and possibly do a Zoom Conference entailing 1 hour sessions weekly for 4 weeks.
