Open Door Ministry is a church where we desire to know and understand our loving heavenly Father in a deeper way and we seek to nurture our personal relationships with Him. We believe in one God, who exists in three separate persons; The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. fe, took all our sins upon Himself, died on the cross and rose again on the third day. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Mediator, having accomplished all that is necessary for man’s salvation. We believe that sin has separated us all from God, and that only through Jesus Christ can we be reconciled to Him. We believe that salvation is the gift of God to man and that this gift is effected by grace through faith in Jesus Christ by confessing Him as Lord with his mouth and believing it in his heart. We believe that water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of God and a testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit is our Comforter and that He guides us in all areas of our lives. He blesses us with spiritual gifts and empowers us to yield and manifest the fruit of the Spirit. We believe that all born-again believers have been commissioned and empowered to share the Gospel throughout the world. We believe that that our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again just as He promised. Those who have accepted His gift of salvation will be resurrected to an eternity in heaven, while those who have rejected His gift will join Satan in eternal punishment.
