I once was asked how many years I had in my current job under my belt and how many years that meant I had left until retirement. Between my drier sense of humor, my snarky nature and the fact that I'm not half-way there yet in my professional career, my response was simply, "I get tired and re-tired everyday."

I'm sure I'm not the only one to suggest that we've all had some long days and long weeks to which we just sometimes feel wiped out physically, mentally or spiritually. Isaiah 40 reminds us to take time pray and raise our troubles to God, for it is through him that we are given spiritual strength and the hope for always a better tomorrow. As Proverbs 4:25-27 suggests, make sure you are going the right way, God's way. "Don't go to the right or the left, and you will stay away from Evil." Even when times get tough and you get tired, don't stray from the plans of God. Seek direction and guidance from him always.

From us to you, have a blessed rest of your week!

Remember, Rev. Joe Tomich will be with us Sunday morning May 2nd, in the "Little White Church" at 9am. We will also be having a church baby shower/fellowship time after church for all to be a part of! Hopefully we see everyone Sunday.

John 3:17: "For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved."

It's easier said than done to always remember that God gives us hope for tomorrow. Furthermore, it's also noteworthy that not every situation is within our control. However, we should always be looking for light within the darkness and an understanding that through Christ, there is a promise for a future.

We hope you make plans to join us Sunday Morning, April 26th at 9am for church!
