Summer usually means a big slow down for most youth groups. I know some who don’t even meet in the summer except for camps and events. We have some awesome teens and they really want to be at church on Wednesdays. So our attendance will roller coaster this summer and that’s ok. My heart is blessed that they want to be here even when I am not lol. Thank you to Jordan Rhodes for filling in tonight. Huge thanks to Austin, Melissa, and Rose for all you do for the student ministry at FBCP.

I remember this day like it was yesterday. The Lord has a way of putting people in your life to walk beside you through the ups and downs of this world. This guy was a jewel. He understood his calling in life. Was he perfect? No, but he sure loved the Lord and he loved people. He called me often, mostly after hours telling me about the ideas he had to help his community and church family. Cherish every moment of this life church family. We only have one to make things happen! Go ye therefore, making disciples! Amen

Summer gets started tonight! Youth will go to ACPA to swim and feast. If you need to ride van meet at church by 4:20. If driving, meet us at ACPA at 4:30. We will be finished by 7:00. Parents you are welcome. I won't tell the kids hahaha.
