Reminder our women's Circle Bible studies for June, July and August are joint sessions of both Circle groups. The June meeting will be at Liz Robert's house at 9:30 on June 18.

Next Lunch and Learn Bible study at church will be Thursday, June 25.

It's almost here!! Saturday is our church-wide garage sale from 8:00 am to noon at Hope Lutheran Church, 588 Avenue H in Powell (by the hospital). This is open to the public so spread the word.

Lots of items for sale..even a large canoe for $50! We will also have cinnamon rolls for sale to take home or eat in.

Members if you have items to bring, be sure they are pre-priced. Pricing stickers are available at the church. Have your items at the church from 1-5 on Thursday or 9-5 on Friday.

Profits go to First Stop of Park County. First Stop is a local non-profit who helps those in need in Park County.

Remember if your items don't sell, you will need to take them away, so price them to move.

Hope Happenings is having issues this week trying to upload it to Facebook. Members, you should have an email with the full newsletter. Here are some highlights:

1. This Sunday after worship, Trish Multon will put on a presentation about planned giving with lunch afterward.

June 11 is Peg Nelson's funeral at Hope Lutheran at 11:00 am with a reception at Joy Bessler's home afterward.

Hope is holding a church-wide garage sale on June 13 from 8:00 am until noon. We even have a canoe for sale. Proceeds to benefit First Stop of Park County. Set up will be Thursday afternoon and all day Friday. Remember to pre-price your items to donate and be prepared to take home anything that doesn't sell. Some items already donated include camping and BBQ items, pet items including two crates, kitchen appliances, home decor, purses, costume jewelry and lots more. Shoes are OK but no clothes please. We will also have cinnamon rolls for sale to eat in or take home. Let's make this a fun event for a worthy cause!
